Ficus Hirta, Poria, Roasted Coix seeds, Red dates, Chinese yam, White lentils, Gordon Euryale seeds
五指毛桃、茯苓、炒薏米、红枣、山药、白扁豆、芡实
Instructions 用法
Each packet contains individual soup bag, each serving 2 - 4 people
- Rinse the ingredients and put them in a pot. Add about 1.5 liters of water or adjust to your preferred thickness.
- Boil on high heat, then simmer on low heat for 1 to 1.5 hours
Tips: Add 200 - 400g of blanched chicken or pork

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Reseal tightly after opening
See the date printed on the packaging. For best quality, consume within 6 months after opening
After boiling, consume within 6 hours. If needed, store in the fridge, but it is not recommended to drink it if left overnight
