Yes, all our ingredients are food-grade, ethically sourced, and blended following TCM guidelines. However, if you have allergies, are pregnant, or taking medication, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider first or message us your concerns.

3. Do I need to see a practitioner before using these products?
Not necessarily. Each pack comes with usage guidelines. For targeted health concerns, you can message us your concerns.

4. What health concerns do your teas and soups support?
Our range supports areas such as sleep, digestion, energy, immunity, and stress relief - based on TCM patterns like Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency, and Liver Qi stagnation.

5. How often should I consume them?
It depends on the formula. Some are best consumed daily, others 2–3 times a week. Instructions are provided with each pack.

6. Can I combine multiple packs at once?
It’s generally safe to combine packs (e.g. a soup and tea), but we suggest starting with one to observe how your body responds.

7. How do I prepare the tea and soup packs?
Each product includes simple preparation steps. Generally, teas are steeped and soups simmered for 30–60 minutes.

8. Do I need special equipment?
No. A regular pot and a strainer are all you need. Some teas can be made using a thermos or teapot.

9. How should I store the packs?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the packs tightly after opening.

10. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Australia takes 2–7 business days. Express or Pick up options are available.

11. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within Australia only. We’re working on expanding internationally.

12. Can I return or exchange products?
Due to the nature of herbal products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days.
